A Family owned and operated business in downtown Avinger, TX. Main Street Education prides itself in bringing many years' experience in providing classroom education, on the job training, business management and community involvement.

Joe & Ronnie Politi live in Avinger and have been in East Texas for over 38 years. They are active in the Avinger Area Chamber of Commerce as well as with their community's Homeowners Association.. The Politis have raised three children and have two granddaughters.

Joe has 49 years in the Electrical trade. An Electrical Contractor, Politi holds a Master Electrician license and does commercial & industrial work throughout the state. He has been teaching electrical courses for over ten years at Kilgore College, Adult Education and for some of East Texas' largest industrial plants.

Ronnie has a background in Business Management, Marketing, Service Orientation and currently is a Directors & Co-Founder of CRESS Community Foundation. CRESS is a not for profit service organization in Cass County. CRESS, established and executes annually, the Avinger Wine Festival., their largest annual fund raiser. Along with a number of committed volunteers, CRESS is able to raise funds for student scholarships, school supply needs, community improvement, donate to our area food pantry as well as our volunteer fire department.

Ronnie also oversees a number of non-profit websites and facebook pages..

We offer a variety of Continuing Education Opportunities for trade professionals to renew their state license, receive certifications, improve work skills, or train for a new career. Qualified instructors provide courses approved by TDLR .

Non credit courses are available for your education and enjoyment.
